I really wanted to paint someone with pink hair, mostly cause I just re-read all the Teahouse comics. :la: It was fun! Pink hair is <3

I really like the contrasts in this image. The colors used are usually associated with happiness, warmth, and such. But her face is so melancholy. Like she is pondering something very important. 'u' I do not know if this is intentional or not, but I enjoy it. I also like the stylization of the hair and other aspects of the image The technique used on the hair gives it a very cotton candy-like feeling. Very fluffy and light, which works well with the colors used.

I would check the anatomy on the portrait, as some aspects seem a bit off. The eye feels to high up? or maybe the nose is a little too down. But I'm not sure if this was a style choice or not. The neck also feels a wee bit thick. ouo

Overall I enjoy this image!

So cute! I find the colors both adorable and relaxing, and I really like how you got an almost chalkier texture for the background, it really makes me feel like there's more depth.
